With a
captive audience in excess of 300 people, the organising committee has
identified a number of opportunities that exist for companies wanting to
increase their brand awareness amongst delegates at this year’s event.
Companies
will be able to sponsor each of the catering events and in return will receive
full branding rights over that event. Marketing and promotional material can be
erected and displayed before and during these catering sessions in an effort to
increase brand awareness or to launch products. This can include pop up
banners, use of the existing audio visual equipment to display static or moving
images and other acceptable methods of awareness. Marketing material can also
be distributed to delegates at their conference table during these breaks.
The areas
that have been identified together with the costs of sponsoring these events are
as follows. Pricing has been determined by the number of delegates who normally
attend each session and as such the Gala Dinner is the most valuable event with
the most delegates attending.
