Exhibition Stands
The Exhibition has always been an exciting and integral part of our event.
In 2010 we are allowing for maximum interaction and exposure to our exhibiting companies and organizations. The exhibition will take place in the Monks Cowl and Summit halls and the tea breaks will be accommodated in these halls thus allowing more networking and visibility than ever before.
The Symposium Organizing Committee will ensure that sufficient time for viewing is given and the provisional programme has been compiled with this in mind. We urge those companies that are interested in exhibiting to contact the symposium secretariat early to book your stand as space will be sold on a first come first serve basis.
The Exhibitor package includes:
- 1 x 3m by 2m Exhibition Stand ( Octonorm shell scheme walls )
- Fascia with company name
- 1 x plug point
- 2 x spotlights
- 1 x trestle table and 2 chairs
Cost: R 6 270.00 including VAT
As at 19 July 2010
We have introduced the option to purchase Poster space. This will allow a company or organization to display a poster in the Plenary conference hall.
Posters should measure 950 mm x 2380 mm in a portrait style.
Cost: R 760.00 including VAT
