Welcome to the Symposium Registration page. We look forward to receiving your registration.
In an effort to keep the registration costs to a minimum, we have negotiated a reduced sharing rate for our delegates, and various discounted rates for pensioners and those traveling from afar. Please note that the sharing rate refers to 2 people sharing a room, be it in the hotel or a chalet. There are a limited number of rooms at Champagne Sports Resort and we therefore encourage you to register as soon as possible.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL THE ABOVE RATES ARE INCLUSIVE OF ACCOMMODATION, EXCEPT FOR THE DAY DELEGATE FEE- PLEASE CONTACT THE SYMPOSIUM SECRETARIAT, THE CONFERENCE COMPANY, SHOULD YOU REQUIRE ANY CLARIFICATION.

Fee does not include Accommodation and Social Function Tickets; these are to be purchased separately
Additional tickets for the Welcome Cocktail and Gala Dinner are R570.00 per person per ticket.
The Day Delegate fee does not include the social function tickets. These tickets to be purchased separately.
Terms & Conditions
- Participants canceling on or before Friday 16th July 2010 will be entitled to a 50% refund. All refunds will be processed after the Symposium and on receipt of a written request sent to the Symposium Organizers.
- Participants canceling after the 16th July 2010 will not be entitled to any refund.
- Alternatively, the registration may be transferred to a new delegate, however a 10% substitution fee will be applicable.
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Symposium Secretariat, The Conference Company, in order to receive any possible reimbursement.
- Delegates booked into the Drakensberg Sun Resort, are required to pay a 1% Tourism Levy directly to the hotel upon departure
Payment Methods
- Once your registration form has been processed, an invoice with the CFA Symposium bank details will be forwarded to you via email for payment. Please note that payment is only to be made on receipt of an invoice.
- Payment can be made via bank/electronic transfer, bank guaranteed cheque or credit card.
- Please be advised that should payments incur bank charges, both local and international, these charges will be for the delegates own account and will be reflected on the official receipt. Full payment for these charges is required.
- Please ensure all bank transfers make clear reference to the delegate being paid for. (Kindly include REFERENCE NUMBER FOUND ON INVOICE)
- Once payment has been made, kindly fax or email through proof of payment to the Symposium Secretariat, The Conference Company.
- An official receipt will be provided on confirmation of payment.
Liability
The Symposium Organisers have taken all reasonable care in making arrangements for the Symposium. In the event of unforeseen disruptions, neither the Symposium Organisers nor CFA 2010 can be held responsible for any losses incurred by delegates. The programme is correct at the time of printing, but organizers reserve the right to alter the programme if and when deemed necessary. The Symposium Organisers act as agents and shall in no event be liable for acts or omissions in the event of injury, damage, loss, accident delay or irregularity of any kind whatsoever during arrangements organised through contractors or by the employees of such contractors. The Symposium Organisers reserve the right to make changes as and when deemed necessary, without prior notice to the parties concerned. All disputes are subject to resolution under South African Law.
