TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Participants cancelling on or before Friday, 22 March 2013 will be entitled to a 50% refund. All refunds will be processed after the Symposium and on receipt of a written request sent to the Symposium Organisers.
  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Symposium Secretariat, The Conference Company, in order to receive any possible reimbursement.
  • Participants cancelling after the 22 March 2013 will not be entitled to any refund.
  • Alternatively, the registration may be transferred to a new delegate, however a 10% substitution fee will be applicable.
  • The Early Bird, Standard and Onsite Registration Rates will only be applicable to delegates who book and pay prior to the registration cut off dates. Should you register prior to the cut off but omit to pay, you will automatically be charged the higher registration fee.
  • No registration or attendance to the social functions will be confirmed without full pre payment and no access to the Symposium or Exhibition will be allowed.

 PAYMENT METHODS

  • Once your registration form has been processed, an invoice with the CFA 2013 banking details will be forwarded to you via email for payment. Please note that payment is only to be made on receipt of an invoice.
  • Payment can be made via bank/electronic transfer, bank guaranteed cheque or via on-line credit card payment gateway.
  • Please be advised that should payments incur bank charges, both local and international, these charges will be for the delegates own account and will be reflected on the official receipt. Full payment for these charges is required.
  • Please ensure all bank transfers make clear reference to the delegate being paid for. (Kindly include REFERENCE NUMBER ON INVOICE)
  • Once payment has been made, kindly fax or email through proof of payment to the Symposium Secretariat, The Conference Company +27 31 303 9529/finance@confco.co.za
  • An official receipt will be provided on confirmation of payment.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Any Refunds will only be processed after the Symposium.

TRANSACTION CURRENCY

Transactions are conducted in ZAR and amount could fluctuate due to changes in the exchange rate.

LIABILITY

The Symposium Organisers have taken all reasonable care in making the arrangements for the Symposium. In the event of unforeseen disruptions, neither the Symposium Secretariat nor CFA 2013 can be held responsible for any losses incurred by delegates. The Programme is correct at the time of printing, but CFA 2013 reserves the right to alter the programme if and when deemed necessary. The Symposium Secretariat acts as an a agent only in securing hotel, transport and travel services, and shall in no event be liable for acts or omissions in the event of injury, damage, loss, accident delay or irregularity of any kind whatsoever during arrangements organised through contractors or by the employees of such contractors. Hotel and transportation services are subject to the Terms and Conditions under which they are offered to the general public. Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance. The Symposium Secretariat reserves the right to make changes as and when deemed necessary, without prior notice to the parties concerned. All disputes are subject to resolution under South African Law.

All accommodation, Symposium and other arrangements are subject to alteration and cancellation at any time without prior notice, due to factors that are outside of the organisers reasonable control. This will be at the sole and absolute discretion of the organisers. Should such events, such as Force Majeure, render the organisers unable to deliver such service, the organisers shall not be held responsible. The organisers cannot be held responsible for any damages, and or costs, whatsoever arising from any such alteration or cancellation.
